Anthony Joshua was impressive in his last fight.

Anthony Joshua showed just how brutal boxing can be when he stopped Fracnis Ngannou in two rounds earlier this month.

Many expected the bout to be close, but the Watford man made a mockery of those predictions with an emphatic performance.

One of the reasons some expected a fascinating encounter was due to the manner in which Ngannou carried himself against Tyson Fury last year.

The former UFC star dropped Fury before losing on points, and Teddy Atlas, one of boxing’s most respected voices, has claimed Joshua’s superior experience helped him close the show.

“Experience showed. I don’t think Tyson Fury expected what he expected from Ngannou the first time, but there was an element of surprise,” said Atlas when speaking to Fight Hub TV

“There was no element of surprise this time. Joshua knew what he was dealing with this time, and he was respectful of it and prepared for it. His experience allowed him to have the big advantage that he had.”
