Terence Crawford vs. Errol Spence Jr. 2: Crawford's trainer warns Spence about activating rematchDAZN

Terence Crawford's longtime trainer Brian "BoMac" McIntyre is in Manchester, England working with Chris Eubank Jr. ahead of the British fighter's rematch against Liam Smith this weekend.

But while there, McIntyre found the time to offer Errol Spence Jr. a severe warning about activating a rematch clause against Crawford. This comes after "Bud" delivered three knockdowns en route to a dominating ninth-round TKO of Spence to become the new undisputed welterweight world champion last month.

Although "BoMac" told Fight Hub TV that he hasn't heard from the Spence camp about the rematch, he warned that trying to run it back with Crawford carries stiff consequences.

"I don't know if it's going to be at 154 or 147 [pounds], but I'm sure he's going to push the weight up," McIntyre said on Spence potentially going for the rematch.

"But there's gonna be no change in the decision," he promised.

"The performance is still going to be the same (from Crawford). It might be even a little bit better so [Spence] might want to watch out before he activates that rematch clause."
