Terence Crawford vs. Josh Taylor: Bob Arum hopeful of British location for potential fightDAZN
A fight between two of the world's leading fighters could happen in 2022.

Bob Arum is hopeful that a mouth-watering clash between Terence Crawford and Josh Taylor can take place in the U.K.

The latter has set his sights on a potential move to 147lbs and a fight against Crawford, a fellow Top Rank fighter, would provide Taylor with the biggest test of his career.

With the decorated Scot set to face his WBO mandatory challenger, Jack Catterall, in December, a win against the undefeated star is vital. Crawford has been linked with a winter showdown with Shawn Porter so both Taylor and the Nebraska man have tough tests to overcome if they’re to meet again next year.

Bob Arum, the head man at Top Rank, has provided an update on a potential Crawford vs. Taylor meeting when speaking to Sky Sports. "Taylor is going to fight Jack Catterall, that was a deal made with the WBO. It is his mandatory."

"We hope the Crawford vs Porter fight would take place in November or early December," said his promoter Arum. Therefore, if Crawford and Taylor win it would naturally set up a fight, hopefully in the UK, for April, May or June. It would be a big fight."
