The duo of Los Pineda Coladas made history when they emerged victorious from the first ever two-on-two tag team boxing match at Misfits & DAZN's X Series 005 event in Telford.

LPC came out determined not to waste any time and from the opening bell, Mexican Luis Pineda was in charge of landing powerful punches that forced Ice Poseidon and Anthony Vargas to switch in and out on several occasions during the first three minutes.

With no intention of being knocked out, Ice Poseidon and Vargas switched as soon as they felt the first good punch, but it was Poseidon who took the brunt of the two-minute fight.

Pineda showed his skills, was precise, and did not allow his opponents to display their intentions. He anticipated the moves and punished relentlessly, but it wasn't until BDave came in that things started to heat up.

BDave with deep hooks to the liver pushed his opponents back and jabbed at the most dangerous moments to avoid any accidents. The referee had to stop the action after a couple of punches that made his head bounce.

"I felt a bit desperate because I wanted to finish them, there we were. We won thanks to both of us, BDavid is a warrior and I'm ready for anything," said the Mexican, who was grateful for the love of the English fans.

"We are just two guys fighting, no big deal we don't speak the same language... They don't pay us for overtime, that's why we went to finish them right away. We haven't talked about the future, but we'll probably tweet something," BDave added.

It was a tough night for Ice Poseidon, who remains winless in Crossover Boxing.

The tag team boxing duo Los Pineda Coladas will be something to talk about.
