Tommy Fury believes Jake Paul is understandably nervous over their fight on Sunday night.

The pair face off in Saudi Arabia shown live on DAZN PPV in Canada and Brazil, and speaking to iD Boxing before the event, Fury was in a confident mood.

“Feeling absolutely amazing,” he began.

"Fit, ripped and ready to go. We’re on weight, weigh-in’s tomorrow. Everything’s been to the letter. Nothing could have gone even better.

“It’s all to be expected with Jake Paul, he does it every fight. We were expecting that. But no problem at all. Jake Paul can’t beat me, the whole world is going to see on Sunday night everything that I was saying for the past two and a half years, it’s true.

“This is going to be a mismatch, I’ll do whatever I want with him in there, he’ll react to everything and it’s going to be a novice boxer with a professional boxer.

“Of course he’s nervous. He’s going into the unknown. He’s never fought a boxer before. He keeps going on about my record but all that’s on my record is professional boxers, all that’s on his record is the other. He’s very nervous and very scared. The twitches that he makes. He doesn’t want to look in my eyes unless he has to. This guy is all for show. He’s not a true fighter.”

Fury was asked about fighters who had come out in favour of the unbeaten American’s chances, and he had an explanation for that.

He continued: “There’s a lot of jealousy in the world of boxing, especially with past fighters, who’ve had hard fights to get the payday I’m getting now. I’m not speaking Floyd Mayweather or anything - far from it - but there is jealousy going on. People in boxing who know the sport of boxing, know what’s going to go down on Saturday night.

“It’s not personal at all, there’s no emotion in this fight. I couldn’t care less what he has to say or do. I’m in Jake Paul’s head, everyone can see that.”
