Plans have been put in place for a huge boxing event to take place at Wembley later this year.
Turki Alalshikh, the Chair of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, has been the man behind the massive marquee events in the Middle East, including the "Day of Reckoning" event in December as well as Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury's fights with Francis Ngannou.
Later this year the country will also host Fury vs. Usyk along with Frank Warren and Eddie Hearn's new 5 v 5 concept.
Now, in a new video on Queensbury Promotion’s YouTube channel, Alalshikh has revealed that he plans to run a similar event in London at the capital's Wembley Stadium in September.
He said "We’re studying now with Eddie and Frank to do something huge in the third quarter in London as a commercial for Riyadh Season. We’re discussing this and think in a couple weeks we’ll reach a point.”
