Tyson Fury enjoyed goading fellow heavyweight Derek Chisora after his routine victory over Dillian Whyte on Saturday night.
The WBC champion defended his belt for the second time in his career with a sixth-round knockout of his 34-year-old opponent, something his former foe Chisora had not predicted.
Fury beat Chisora back in 2011 and 2013, and lost in 2016 and then 2018 to Whyte, and speaking earlier in the week, ‘Del Boy’ had suggested that Whyte would knock out the champion, and on the night of the fight bet his house on his prediction with Joseph Parker, a former WBO champion and training partner of Fury.
Last night’s winner got wind of the wager and after his win, suggested that Chisora was now ‘homeless.’
“Derek Chisora’s now homeless, sorry to everybody. He lost his house to Joseph Parker, so unlucky,” he began. “And Derek – I have got a house next to my house in Morecambe, you are welcome anytime, my brother.
“But the moral to the story is never bet your house on something unless you’re one million percent sure.
“You can never be sure in the heavyweight division. Now he’s homeless, good luck to him.”
