Tyson Fury has a clear picture of how his fight against Oleksandr Usyk will go.

The men will meet on May 18 - live on DAZN PPV - to determine the undisputed world heavyweight champion, with Fury putting his WBC belt against Osyk's WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring titles.

It's a rescheduled bout after Fury suffered an injury earlier this year, but the Briton says the cut sustained above his eye is healed now and he's ready for the final stretch ahead of the biggest fight on the boxing calendar.

Looking ahead to Usyk, Fury admits that the Ukrainian has been consistent since moving up to heavyweight after conquering the cruiserweight division. However, Fury doesn't see a way that his opponent will walk away as the victor, pointing to Usyk's lack of experience against heavyweights as something to potentially be exploited.

“He's only had [five] fights at heavyweight and to be honest I haven't been that impressed," Fury told The Stomping Ground. "He does what he's got to do, he's got his wins and been paid. He gets the job done and goes home.

"Is he good enough to beat the Gypsy King? I don't think so, but good luck to him. If he is, he is. If he is, I'll shake his hand."

When pressed for a prediction for May 18, Fury was quick to offer a confident forecast.

"I'll take him out inside seven rounds,” he said.
