Tyson Fury is busy plotting future moves ahead of his July 24th fight with Deontay Wilder.

After enjoying a wealth of success inside the boxing and wrestling ring, Tyson Fury is now setting his sights on the cage.

The WBC heavyweight champion, who defends his title against Deontay Wilder later this month, has identified UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, as a potential future opponent.

Fury, who will likely have to contend with the Anthony Joshua vs. Oleksandr Usyk winner if he’s successful against Wilder, has often expressed an interest in pursuing alternative challenges to boxing.

Now with MMA on his radar, Fury, who has spent time training with Nick Diaz, is looking to test himself against the best that UFC has to offer.

“Nick looks good,” said Fury when interviewed by TMZ Sports. “Nick is training hard and he is making his comeback. He did tell me that Ngannou can’t do any wrestling anyway, so we are just looking for a stand-up bang out.

“Me and Ngannou in the small gloves, let’s make it happen. As soon as I am done with Wilder and Joshua, I will fight Ngannou in an octagon, in the four-ounce gloves and just punching.”
