Will Tyson Fury fight Oleksandr Usyk?

Tyson Fury had an almighty struggle with Francis Ngannou last weekend and one former heavyweight champion has urged him to reconsider the Oleksandr Usyk fight.

Fury was dropped in the bout’s third round before being pushed all the way to the final bell where he was declared a split decision winner by the tightest of margins.

With the Ngannou battle out of the way, Fury is now set to head into an undisputed contest with Usyk, but the original December 23 date now appears to be off.

Riddick Bowe, who once held Fury’s WBC belt, was in attendance for the fight and he’s had his say on what Fury should do next.

“If I was Tyson I would pull out. I wouldn’t fight. Not this early,” said Bowe when speaking to FightHype

“I would say my hand is hurt. I would postpone or wiggle my way out ’till I get into better shape then see him down the line.”
