Michael Bisping was very impressed with Francis Ngannou’s showing against Tyson Fury and he believes the former UFC star can have further success in boxing.
Ngannou produced a stunning performance to drop Fury before narrowly losing on the scorecards despite a large portion of the boxing community believing he had done enough to win.
With Fury set to move onto a huge unification fight against Oleksandr Usyk next year, Ngannou is also set to land himself a big fight following his showing against Fury.
One name that has been linked is Anthony Joshua and Bisping is adamant that Ngannou that can win against the former two-time world heavyweight champion.
I think after what we saw on Saturday night, Ngannou-AJ is a competitive fight and there's a possibility that Ngannou wins,” said Bisping when speaking to Betway.
“AJ's not as fast as Fury and you can never underestimate Ngannou. We know that he'll have a good go. I think he can have a good go with anyone.
“I think he beats anyone on Fury's record; Derek Chisora, Dillian Whyte, Deontay Wilder, Tom Schwartz, Otto Wallin. He beats all of them for sure.”
