There is no doubt Ryan Garcia is one of the hottest names in combat sports right now.
Despite his erratic behaviour in the build-up, Garica managed to get the biggest win of his career this past Saturday after three knockdowns against Devin Haney secured a majority decision victory on the judges' scorecards.
A number of major names are already being linked with a possible matchup against Garcia in the future including UFC bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley.
Garcia and O'Malley have not been afraid to take shots at each other on social media in the past, and these exchanges have led to the possibility of a future boxing match between the pair.
When speaking about the possibility of a fight with Garcia on the TimboSugarShow podcast, O'Malley revealed that a clash with "King Ry" could take place if he produces two more impressive performances inside the Octagon.
"They told me you can do a boxing fight, 100 per cent, if it makes us enough money,” O'Malley said.
“So, the option’s there, it just has to be able to make enough money.
“I’m not there yet, I’ve still got to become bigger.
“Two more f—g sick performances and then we’re talking about being able to do whatever the f—k we want.”
