One fighter has enjoyed hard sparring.

Richard Riakporhe will challenge for world honours for the first time this summer when he faces Chris Billam-Smith at Crystal Palace's Selhurst Park.

The heavy-handed cruiserweight already holds a win over his upcoming opponent, but the stakes are higher for the rematch.

On his climb towards the business end of the cruiserweight division, Riakporhe has put in a lot of hard work.

In the gym constantly competing against elite names, Riakporhe has performed well behind the scenes, but which sparring partner hit the London man with the most power?

"I would say Dillian Whyte hit me the hardest," said Riakporhe when speaking to talkSPORT.

“He hit me with a big shot with the lead hand, it was a type of uppercut.

"He has a lot of power in his lead hand, and I got hit with that and everything slowed down. My entire life slowed down, it was a weird feeling to say the last.

“AJ can bang as well. I have taken a shot from him."
