Kazakhstani middleweight champion Gennadiy Golovkin has a unification clash with Ryota Murata in Japan tonight.
Golovkin, the IBF champion, and WBA belt holder Murata fight at the Saitama Super Arena in a fight that was originally scheduled for last year.
The coronavirus pandemic forced the postponement of the bout and now the pair are finally able to compete to become unified champion at 160lbs.
Golovkin has been out of the ring since December 2020, when he fought and stopped Kamil Szeremeta, while Murata is coming off the back of two consecutive knockout victories.
