Junior middleweight undisputed glory will be decided Saturday night in San Antonio, Texas, when Jermell Charlo clashes with Brian Castano.

Jermell Charlo and Brian Castano will have a chance to punch their ticket onto boxing's hallowed grounds on Saturday night when they fight for undisputed junior middleweight glory in San Antonio, Tex.

On the line will be Charlo's WBA (Super), WBC and IBF titles in addition to Castano's WBO championship to decide just the sixth man in boxing history to become undisputed champion in the modern four-belt era. The winner will also be the first fighter to become undisputed champ at 154 pounds in boxing history in the modern era.

"It would be a very special moment,” Charlo told DAZN News about what it would mean to wear boxing's ultimate crown. “Not a lot of people get these opportunities. I think this fight is going to solidify a lot of different things in people’s minds about the Charlos. They’re going to know the difference between me and my brother. It’s a lot of different things to let people know why this fight is important.”

Charlo reached this position having scored back-to-back knockouts of Tony Harrison Jr. and Jeison Rosario to become the unified champion.

Castano, of course, is approaching the fight with the same urgency.

“This is the fight of my life," Castano told a pool of reporters during the buildup toward the fight. "I’m a world champion and Charlo is a world champion. This is my time. This fight is so important for my life. I hope to become undisputed on July 17 for my country and for my Latin supporters.”

Will Charlo punctuate his piece of boxing history with yet another KO or will Castano become undisputed ruler of 154 pounds with the upset victory?
