IBF welterweight champion Jaron Ennis will now be facing a new opponent for his Philadelphia homecoming in the form of David Avanesyan.
Ennis was originally set to face Cody Crowley, but the Canadian was forced to pull out of the contest due to an eye injury.
For Avanesyan, this is his second shot at a world title after being beaten by Terence Crawford when the pair met for the WBO welterweight title in 2022.
