There were two fight cards on Friday night.

There were two fight cards which took place on Friday night, one staged in the U.S. and the other in the UK. 

In the U.S., Rafael Espinoza made a successful defence of his WBO featherweight title against Sergio Chirino. 

Espinoza was dominant throughout the contest and knocked down his opponent in the first and third round before the fight was stopped in the fourth. This win extended Espinoza's record to 25-0 with 21 of those coming by way of knockout. 

Across the pond in the UK, British light heavyweight Lyndon Arthur was involved in a close contest against Liam Cameron. 

It was a slow start from Arthur, but momentum began to swing his way in the second half of the fight with Cameron deciding to box on the back foot. 

After 10 hard fought rounds, Arthur was declared the winner by split decision with scores of 95-93 and 97-91, while the third judge scored the fight 93-95 in Cameron's favour.
