The British heavyweight has previous history with the wrestling promotion.

WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has teased a return to WWE once his boxing career comes to an end.

Fury returns to action on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he takes on former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in a fight which can be seen in a number of regions on DAZN PPV

If Fury is victorious and does not pick up any serious injuries, he will then begin preparations for an undisputed heavyweight title showdown with Oleksandr Usyk which will also take place in Saudi Arabia, finer details including a fight date have not been announced.

But once Fury decides to retire from the sweet science, he believes that he could return to WWE after successful appearances over the past few years.

“I’ve been doing this for 15 years, which is a long time. I know it won’t last forever. And it’s true, I’ve had a few good stints in WWE. There is still a lot of opportunity there," Fury told Sports Illustrated

"At the moment, I’m very busy with boxing. I’m still active and on top of my chosen profession, so this is where my focus will be. After that, we’ll see.”

Fury first appeared in WWE back in 2019 when he confronted Braun Strowman on Raw. The two went onto meet at the Crown Jewel PPV event with Fury winning via count-out.
