Teofimo Lopez returned to winning ways on Saturday night with a seventh round stoppage win over Pedro Campa.
This fight was Lopez's first since losing his WBA, WBO and IBF world lightweight titles to George Kambosos Jr. last November, and also marked his debut at super lightweight.
Speaking to The DAZN Boxing Show, exciting super welterweight star Xander Zayas was not surprised by the performance Lopez produced in Las Vegas.
"I feel like the first couple of rounds, he was feeling himself, he wanted to see where he left off, how he was feeling, he had a different opponent in front of him," Zayas said.
"But when he started to pick up the pace, when he started figuring out Campa, it was cruise control from there.
"He took care of business."
Zayas featured on the undercard of Lopez vs. Campa and made a statement with a fifth round stoppage against Elias Espadas.
