A total of 272 games will take place across 18 weeks of the regular season, with five international fixtures and a Christmas Day tripleheader among the highlights.
DAZN will broadcast every game via the NFL Game Pass International service across the world (except the US and China), but which are the standout matchups throughout the year?
Here are five games you won’t want to miss.
Week 1: Lions @ Chiefs
As is tradition, the reigning Super Bowl champions kick off the new season at home.
This year, that’s the Kansas City Chiefs, who welcome the Detroit Lions into Arrowhead Stadium.
Not only is this the 2023 curtain raiser, but it also pits two of the league’s top five offenses from last season against each other.
The Chiefs are looking to run it back with the league's best quarterback-tight end combination of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, but the Lions have offensive weapons of their own.
Amon-Ra St. Brown was a top-10 receiver in 2022, and the team has high hopes in the backfield for first-round draft pick Jahmyr Gibbs.
Week 8: Texans @ Panthers
For the second time in three years, the first two players off the board in the 2023 NFL Draft were quarterbacks.
The Carolina Panthers traded up to select 2021 Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young at No.1 overall, leaving the Houston Texans to take C.J. Stroud just a few minutes later.
While neither player is guaranteed to be the starter, neither was drafted to be the backup.
The teams are scheduled to meet in week eight, meaning we could get to see these new faces of their franchise showcasing their talents on the same stage.
Week 9: Dolphins @ Chiefs
After a successful debut in Munich last year, the NFL is returning to Germany twice in 2023, this time to Frankfurt.
The first of those two matchups will see Tyreek Hill face his former team for the first time, as the Dolphins and Chiefs go head-to-head.
Hill was traded to the Fins ahead of the 2022 campaign and picked up just where he’d left off in Kansas City, leading Miami to its first postseason appearance for six years with a career-high in receptions and yards.
The Chiefs had the final laugh, lifting the Vince Lombardi Trophy at the season’s end, but Hill will be out to feast on his former team in a city famous for its food.
Week 11: Eagles @ Chiefs
Super Bowl LVII will live long in the memory with the Eagles and Chiefs racking up 73 points between them.
The Chiefs came out on top, but the Eagles get their first shot at revenge in week 11 of the 2023 season as the teams collide on Thursday Night Football in Kansas City.
Despite ending on the losing side, Jalen Hurts threw for 304 yards and rushed for three touchdowns in his first Super Bowl appearance, and he’ll be out once again to show that he is more than a match for the magic of Mahomes.
Week 12: Dolphins @ Jets
For the first time ever, the NFL schedule features a game on Black Friday in 2023.
The New York Jets will host the historic occasion, welcoming the Dolphins to MetLife Stadium for a matchup filled with intrigue.
In the battle under centre, Tua Tagovailoa – who led the league in passer rating last season – will try to outduel Aaron Rodgers, who held that honour in each of the previous two years.
The games also sees Mike McDaniel and Robert Saleh – formerly colleagues in San Franscisco – meet for third time as head coaches after splitting the season series in 2022.
In a division featuring the formidable Buffalo Bills, the outcome of this Black Friday blockbuster could go a long way to deciding the fate of these two teams.
