On Thursday, the Bengals face the Browns in Cleveland with both teams coming off Week 1 losses. Rather than stewing on negative results for an entire week or more, the Ohio teams undergo a quick turnaround to get the chance to grab their first win of the 2020 season.
Despite Cleveland's 32-point drubbing by the Ravens in their season-opener, FanDuel still has the Browns as favourites. Perhaps it's because the Bengals are fresh off a horrendous 2-14 season, but one of those two Cincinnati wins came in the final week of the regular season against the Browns.
