Four-time Pro Bowl running back Dalvin Cook says the chances of him joining the New York Jets are "pretty high".
The 27-year-old, who has topped 1,100 yards on the ground in each of the last four seasons, is in New York to train with the AFC East team on Friday.
Cook, a second round pick in 2017, has spent his entire NFL career to date with the Minnesota Vikings, who believed he showed signs of regression during the last campaign.
Cook has been linked with several teams since being released, included a move to his hometown team the Miami Dolphins, as well as the New England Patriots.
Speaking to Good Morning Football, Cook said: "I think the chances are pretty high [of joining the Jets].
"They are a team that is building something special and I want to be part of something special and I want to add to whatever they've got going on.
"So I'd say the possability is high right now of getting things done."
