The former Carolina Panther has a new home.

Wide receiver DJ Chark has agreed to a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The 27-year-old was a second-round pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars back in 2018, and spent three seaons in Duval County before one-year deals with Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers.

After a quiet rookie season, Chark broke out as a sophomore, topping 1,000 receiving yards and scoring eight touchdowns.

But things have not worked out for the LSU product since, as Chark has failed to top 706 yards or five touchdowns in any season since.

Chark now joins a rebuilding Los Angeles Chargers side, who are expected to be a run-heavy team under new head coach Jim Harbaugh.

That being said, Chark will have plenty of competition for targets, with Joshua Palmer and Quentin Johnston being joined by rookies Ladd McConkey, Brendan Rice and Cornelius Johnson.

Chark's deal with the Bolts is worth up to $5million.
