Former NFL star Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson has predicted where quarterback Russell Wilson will play in 2024.
Wilson's time as a Denver Bronco is nearly over. The Broncos benched Wilson at the end of last season. The veteran quarterback has also put his Colorado home on sale.
But now, many pundits wonder where the former Super Bowl winner will land.
On the Nightcap show, Johnson said, "A little birdie told me, and I told you many shows ago. Russell Wilson is coming to the Steelers."
There is a lot of talk and rumour around Pittsburgh's quarterback position. The Steelers started three different quarterbacks in 2023-24.
Kenny Pickett is the incumbent quarterback. At the same time, many expect Mason Rudolph to re-sign with the Steelers. Adding Wilson would create big competition.
Noise from Pittsburgh suggests that the Steelers want to hold an open quarterback competition. Wilson has not hinted at any retirement. The Steelers could snap Wilson up as a free agent when the Broncos release him.
