Carson Wentz loves playing against the New York Giants.
The Philadelphia Eagles quarterback passed for 289 yards with a touchdown and zero interceptions the last time he faced the Giants (a 34-17 Eagles win on Dec. 29, 2019), and he's gone three straight home starts against New York with a 90-or-higher QB rating.
Overall, the Eagles bring a seven-game winning streak against the Giants into Thursday's matchup.
Considering Wentz's and the Eagles' troubles so far his season, a date with New York's NFC East team may be just what the doctor ordered.
That's not to say that the Giants aren't looking at the Eagles the exact same way — especially after coming off a one-point victory over Washington on Sunday to finally snap a season-opening losing skid.
New York head coach Joe Judge will certainly try to use the momentum of his team's first win against the Eagles, and the rookie coach doesn't have the losing history against Philadelphia that his immediate predecessors do.
With both teams only having recorded a single victory thus far, it's fair to say that this game is there for the taking.
Here's everything you need to know about Thursday's broadcast.
