The NFL's Divisional Round is over. Just four teams remain as Super Bowl 58 edges ever closer.
The final four are now one win away from playing in the biggest game of them all.

- San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions: 6:30 p.m. ET / 11:30 p.m. UK / 12:30 a.m. CET (Monday) - The 49ers are in their third consecutive NFC Championship game. They welcome the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. The Lions are in their first Conference Championship game since 1992.
