As well as rookie quarterback Justin Herbert has looked for the Chargers, he doesn't have the variety of offensive weapons that Brees does — especially with running back Austin Ekeler expected out for several weeks.
If Herbert and the Chargers can adjust for Ekeler's absence, then they'll stand a fighting chance against the hometown Saints.
