The Arizona Cardinals are in a rut.
At 2-4, the Cardinals are at the bottom of the NFC West heading into Week 7's "Thursday Night Football" matchup against the visiting New Orleans Saints. Usually, a home game would provide a boost for a struggling team, but the Cardinals are looking to break an eight-game winless skid at State Farm Stadium.
They actually have a winning record on the road so far this year, but the Cardinals know they won't get anywhere until they figure out how to win on home turf, where they've gone 0-3 thus far. As such, Thursday's contest against the Saints (3-3) is as close to a must-win as a game can be this early in the campaign.
“It’s getting to that time where you don’t want to press that button, but we’ve got to win,” Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray said.
