Josh Allen and the Bills improve to 4-2, while the Jets self-destruct to 2-4.

On the road, the Buffalo Bills withstood a Hail Mary touchdown from Aaron Rodgers right before halftime and a game-tying field goal in the third quarter.

From there, though, the Jets self-destructed by missing two field goals. And after Josh Allen authored an 11-play, 64-yard drive, ending in a field goal to give the Bills the lead in the fourth quarter, an interception of Rodgers sealed the victory. The Bills wound up eking out a 23-20 win over the Jets at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Monday Night Football.

Allen finished with 215 yards and two touchdowns passing, while rushing for another TD to help improve the Bills to 4-2 atop of the AFC East. Their division rival Jets fell to 2-4 in Jeff Ulbrich's first game as Gang Green's interim head coach.

Just when it looked like the Bills would carry a 20-10 lead into halftime, Rodgers changed the dynamic of the game by airing out a 52-yard Hail Mary touchdown to Allen Lazard right before the half to pull the Jets to within three points.

The home team would add the only points in the third quarter via Greg Zuerlein's 22-yard field goal, however the kicker missed subsequent field goal attempts — of 32 yards and 43 yards — to end the next two Jets' drives.

That's when Allen led the Bills on a drive in which Tyler Bass did connect on a 22-yard field goal with 3:43 remaining.

Rodgers had a chance to tie the game or give the Jets a lead, but his interception helped seal the Bills' road win as did Allen forcing Gang Green to burn timeouts by extending subsequent plays on his feet.

Here are all the key updates and highlights from the Bills' victory over the Jets on Monday Night Football.
