Cornerback Nate Wiggins says he was unhappy with his 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine, despite clocking in at 4.28 seconds.
Wiggins is likely to be drafted in the first two rounds of the 2024 NFL Draft - which begins on Thursday.
The Clemson prospect's 40-yard dash time of 4.28 seconds was the second fastest run by a player at this year's combine, beaten only by Xavier Worthy's record of 4.21.
Wiggins was 0.05 seconds quicker than the next fastest cornerback, Quinyon Mitchell, but speaking on the Up & Adams Show he admitted he was not happy with his time.
"I was thinking I was going to get 4.25 or 4.24 seconds, I wasn't thinking about 4.28," said Wiggins.
"4.28 hurt me when I ran it, I was not happy."
It seems Wiggins was the only person unhappy with his time, as his fellow teammates at Clemson filmed their live reaction to their cornerback's speed.
