Despite being the current 12th seed in the NFC, the Atlanta Falcons still have a 14% chance of making the playoffs going into the final game of the regular season.
Atlanta are currently third in the NFC South, but with the teams being so close the Falcons can still top the division.
However, Atlanta will still need help from others if they are to reach the playoffs.
The Falcons must beat the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday and then hope the 2-14 Carolina Panthers can defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
If that happens, the Falcons, Saints and Bucs will all end the season 8-9 but Atlanta will reach the playoffs due to having the best divisional record.
Who do the Falcons still have to play?
- Week 18 at New Orleans Saints
