The five finalists for this season's AP Most Valuable Player in the NFL were announced Thursday.

All five players helped lead their respective teams to the playoffs, with three still active in the postseason as the conference championships loom.

Running back Christian McCaffrey of the San Francisco 49ers is the lone non-quarterback on the list of MVP finalists. He's joined by teammate Brock Purdy, as well as Lamar Jackson (Baltimore Ravens), Josh Allen (Buffalo Bills) and Dak Prescott (Dallas Cowboys).
