The Miami Dolphins do not like playing against the Baltimore Ravens.
It's not often that the teams square off — they've only met 16 times in total, including playoffs — but it's usually the Dolphins that come up on the losing side when they do. Miami's only beaten Baltimore once since 2008 and heads into "Thursday Night Football" on a three-game losing streak against the Ravens.
The Dolphins have been outscored 137-16 in those three most-recent games, including a 59-10 demoltion in September 2019 that saw Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson rack up 324 passing yards and five touchdown passes.
Now, Jackson and the Ravens (6-2) return to Hard Rock Stadium looking to maintain their lead atop the AFC North. They'll face a Dolphins team that's 2-7 and seemingly already out of the playoff picture. To make matters worse, Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa is still not 100 percent after fracturing a finger two weeks ago and missing last week's win over Houston.
While backup Jacoby Brissett was able to get the job done against the Texans, Baltimore presents a whole different challenge.
