The Miami Dolphins had just recovered a gift of a Tennessee Titans' fumble and produced a touchdown two plays later to take a 14-point lead with 4:34 left.
But instead of clinching the top overall seed in the AFC, Miami suffered an epic meltdown as the Titans scored two touchdowns in less than five minutes to deliver a shocking 28-27 road win over the Dolphins.
Will Levis first found DeAndre Hopkins on a 3-yard touchdown pass, before Tennessee tacked on a 2-point conversion as the Titans pulled within 27-21 with 2:40 left.
After forcing a Dolphins' three and out the next drive, the Titans authored a four-play, 64-yard drive which included a 36-yard strike from Levis to Hopkins and 3-yard touchdown rush by Derrick Henry with 1:49 left.
The Dolphins would get the ball back with one final chance, but their six-play, 16-yard drive ended with a crushing sack on Tua Tagovailoa to cement the Titans' improbable comeback.
