Another week means more teams will be sitting idle for their byes, with one division leader among those sidelined this week.
Here are the four teams that will be on bye week in Week 11.
Atlanta Falcons
The bye week couldn't have come at a better time for the Falcons, who have lost three in a row and are slipping further out of the playoff picture.
That said, the NFC South isn't exactly a murderer's row and Atlanta's still within a couple of positive results from getting back into the postseason places, so a reset could be what ails the Falcons.
Indianapolis Colts
Where the Falcons will be relieved to see the bye week, the Colts are probably wishing it came later.
The Colts have won back-to-back games and are back at .500, and they are very much in contention in the AFC South.
Indy's defense allowed just 19 points during those two most recent victories, so things were going well until the break.
New England Patriots
While momentum is definitely a thing for most teams, the Patriots have been pretty woeful for most of the year and a bye week is unlikely to change that.
They've lost three straight heading into the bye — already their second three-game losing streak of the season.
New Orleans Saints
The Saints top the NFC South, which speaks more to the strength of the rest of the division as New Orleans' record is 5-5.
They are coming off a 27-19 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in which they fought back valiantly from a 21-point halftime deficit, although they now have an extra week to stew on their awful start to that game.
