It's the final weekend of the NFL regular season and there are still playoff places up for grabs in both conferences.

After a chaotic penultimate slate of games, there are still places in the playoffs up for the grabs in both conferences in the final weekend of the 2021 regular season.

Five teams are still in the hunt in the AFC, while there are just two in the NFC. 

DAZN News takes a look at the playoff scenarios facing those teams looking to reach the postseason. 

AFC

The Baltimore Ravens (8-8) who play the Pittsburgh Steelers (Sunday 1 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • BAL win + LAC loss + IND loss + MIA loss or tie

The Indianapolis Colts (9-7) who play the Jacksonville Jaguars (Sunday 1p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • IND win or tie
  • LAC loss + BAL-PIT tie OR
  • LAC loss + PIT loss + MIA win

The Las Vegas Raiders (9-7) who play the Los Angeles Chargers (Sunday 8:20 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • LVR win OR
  • LVR tie + IND loss OR
  • IND loss + PIT loss or tie

The Los Angeles Chargers (9-7) who travel to the Raiders (Sunday 8:20 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • LAC win or tie

The Pittsburgh Steelers (8-7-1) who travel to the Ravens (Sunday 1 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • PIT win + IND loss + LVR vs. LAC doesn't end in a tie

NFC

The New Orleans Saints (8-8) who travel to the Atlanta Falcons (Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • NO win + SF loss

The San Francisco 49ers (9-7) who travel to the Los Angeles Rams (Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET) can clinch a playoff berth with:

  • SF win or tie OR
  • NO loss or tie
