The British star will make his UFC debut later this year.

Michael "Venom" Page is looking to land a huge stadium fight in the UK at some point during his time with the UFC.

After 10 years with Bellator, Page left the organisation and joined the UFC in a move which seemed inevitable.

Page will make his debut with the promotion in March at UFC 299 when he takes on welterweight contender Kevin Holland as he looks to send a statement to the rest of the division.

While the man known as MVP is not looking past Holland, he is keen to get into a position where he can main event a stadium fight in the UK and when it comes to a dance partner, Page has his sights set on Leon Edwards who is the current UFC welterweight champion.

"It’s not really just the fight. It’s more about the occasion," Page said in an interview with UFC Europe

"And this is Leon Edwards and I’m cool with him, there’s no bad blood there, but like I said we’re prize fighters at the end of the day.

"But we also spoke about what was happening in the UK and what’s happening for the UK right now. I can already foresee me, Leon Edwards in a stadium in the UK.

"Regardless of what happens, the result on that day, the belt stays with the UK."

Edwards has held the UFC's welterweight belt since 2022 and has made two successful defences with his most recent being in December when he beat Colby Covington in Las Vegas.
