Jon Jones says he has 1 fight left.

After the fight between UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former champion Stipe Miocic was announced, Jones revealed that the November fight would probably be his last. But despite this, there's someone in MMA who doubts Jones is really going to hang up his gloves at the end of the year.

Chael Sonnen thinks fans need to pay attention to the exact words Jones used in the interview, citing that he said "more than likely" he'd retire.

“I’m watching this, oh, Jon has grabbed onto that retirement idea,” Sonnen said on his YouTube channel. “He did not mean it. It was completely insincere. It wasn’t even his idea. Somebody else said it, he heard it, thought it might be good to go with. And (there are) a couple of different reasons guys that are not going to retire say that they’re going to retire.

Sonnen continued, “One could be he heard somebody else say it, thought it might be good marketing. He never comes out and does anything to try for marketing, and he went for it. Another one is just the same reason you did things like that when you were a child. So that somebody else would tell, oh no, hey, whoa, we want you, you’re great.”

Jones is arguably the GOAT of MMA (at least if you ask Dana White) and after he fights Miocic there isn't a lot left for Jones to accomplish. A retirement isn't something anyone would be shocked by. Jones fights Miocic on November 16 at Madison Square Garden.
