Controversy erupted at the Oktagon 48 weigh-in ahead of Saturday's bout.
One of the fights on the undercard is between British fighter Shem Rock, and he will be taking on Jaroslav Pokorny.
Rock is a provocative character and Pokorny is not one to hold back in the Octagon, so perhaps it was no surprise that tempers would boil over in Manchester.
After a fiery exchange of words and a brief scuffle, things became more serious when Rock landed a heavy body kick on his opponent.
Rock had in missed weight by just under a kilo, but has since made the weight, and the pair will fight as the headline event of Oktagon 48’s prelims.
Manchester's Oktagon MMA event is headed by a flyweight title clash between Aaron Aby and Elias Garcia, and there will be plenty of interest in the undercard given X Factor star Jake Quickenden is set to take on comedian Paul Smith.
