Will Conor McGregor return at UFC 300? Michael Bisping gives his verdictDAZN
There are rumours that the Irish star could return to the Octagon soon.

UFC legend Michael Bisping believes Conor McGregor's return to the MMA promotion could be at UFC 300.

McGregor has not fought in the UFC since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier in July 2021, but he is now fully fit and ready to fight again.

He has long since been linked with Michael Chandler after the pair served as coaches on the latest series of The Ultimate Fighter, but this has not mertailised due McGregor not joining the USADA (US Anti-Doping Agency) testing pool.

McGregor has since recently rejoined the testing pool and now a return to the Octagon could be on the cards.

Speaking to talkSPORT, Bisping is predicting McGregor's return to be at the historic UFC 300 in what would be a 'crazy' event.

“I think he’s got to do six months of testing to prove that there’s not going to be any surprises shall we say and six months from now I believe lands on UFC 300,” Bisping said.

“So, that’s not an official announcement from me, but all the timing lines up perfectly for a massive return, Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler.

“More than likely, if you asked me where I’d put my money, UFC 300, Las Vegas, what a crazy event that would be.”
