The closest team to the victorious French was Ireland, whose only loss came at the hands of the eventual champions. The Irish will look to go one better this year as they look to win their first Six Nations Championship since 2018.
Meanwhile, traditional powers England and Wales aim for better results than in 2022, when they finished third and fifth, respectively. Rounding out the field are Scotland, who haven't won a title since before the field was expanded to six teams, and Italy.
