Bayer Leverkusen look to continue their unbeaten season as they play for their first piece of European silverware in over 20 years on Wednesday.
The German side were rampant in the Bundesliga, going unscathed through all 34 matches to claim their first league title. Now they kick off a huge week in which they will play for two cups — the Europa League title on Wednesday and the DFB-Pokal on Saturday.
Up first is the continental final against an Atalanta side who were nowhere near the top of Serie A yet have finished their campaign strong. Atalanta can claim fourth in the Italian top flight this weekend, but first they look to spoil Leverkusen's party and add to their perfect record (2-0-0) against the German champs.
