It doesn't usually go well for German teams visiting the Camp Nou, with Barcelona having won 14 of the last 16 such encounters.
The Blaugrana will be hoping for more of the same when they host Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday for the second leg of their 2021-22 UEFA Europa League quarterfinal. The teams tied 1-1, in last week's first leg, with Barcelona now looking to use their home field advantage to the fullest.
However the visitors line up, Barcelona will be ready, said Eric Garcia.
"From what we saw in the first leg and what they do in the Bundesliga, I think they will play in a similar way," the Barca defender said.
"We are ready and we will see [Thursday]."
Garcia admitted that "Die Adler" gave his team a real fight last week in Frankfurt, but he's confident that Barca can get the job done on home soil.
"We have improved a lot. Against Levante [over the weekend] we battled until the end," he said. "In Frankfurt it was more difficult than we hoped but we are excited. Let's hope Camp Nou is full."
