The 45th edition of the UEFA Super Cup will feature Bayern Munich and Sevilla.
The two reigning champions of UEFA's continental club competitions — Champions League and Europa League — will square off in Budapest, Hungary, for the chance at an early-season piece of silverware. Bayern famously won the latest iteration of the Champions League by storming through the field and winning every match of the competition. Two days prior to Bayern's crowning, Sevilla edged past Inter to claim the Europa League title for a record sixth time.
Now the teams will collide with a trophy and ultimate bragging rights on the line.
While Bayern will be favoured based on current form, Sevilla has shown a knack for coming out on top in one-off European contests against more fancied opposition.

Where is the 2020 UEFA Super Cup?
This year's game is at Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary. It will be the first time the venue has hosted the Super Cup.
The Super Cup was initially scheduled for Aug. 12 at the Estadio do Dragao in Porto, Portugal, but the postponements of the Europa League and Champions League finals due to the coronavirus pandemic forced the rescheduling and relocation of the Super Cup game.
