A rotated Arsenal squad took care of business on Thursday as the team traveled to Norway and defeated FK Bodø/Glimt 1-0 on Matchday 4 of the 2022-23 UEFA Europa League.
Bukayo Saka scored the game's lone goal in the 24th minute when he made his way toward the Bodø/Glimt goalmouth and unleashed a low shot that was blocked by a defender but ended up bouncing fortuitously into the Arsenal attacker's chest and past goalkeeper Nikita Khaikin.
It was a lucky bounce, but nothing less than the Gunners deserved as they extended their perfect run through the competition. Admittedly, Arsenal wasn't as dominant as in previous matches, especially last week's reverse fixture in London, but it didn't matter as the Norwegian side had little in the way of threats for the Premier League-leading club.
The win maintains Arsenal's lead atop Group A, with the Gunners and PSV each holding a game in hand on the other two teams in the group.
