<p>Brighton & Hove Albion host Ajax on Thursday in Europa League action, with both teams in urgent need of a victory.</p>

<p>Heading into Matchday 3, the teams occupy the bottom two spots of Group B, with Brighton at the bottom. The Seagulls have just a single point after two games, while Ajax have two draws so far.</p>

<p>The good news for these sides is that group leaders AEK Athens are only on four points, meaning a win for either side on Thursday could see the victor make a big jump in the standings at the halfway mark of the group stage.</p>
