Jessie Fleming, Chelsea's 23-year-old midfielder, could continue Lyon and Canada defender Kadeshia Buchanan's four-year long tradition of having a Canuck raise the trophy should the London side prove victorious.

Fleming and Chelsea wrapped up the Women's Super League title earlier this month, so a Champions League victory would be the crown jewel in an already successful campaign for the Blues.
