The final group to kick off at Copa America 2024 is the one that features the most successful side in international football.
Brazil headline Group D, which kicks off Monday, June 24. The Brazilians are joined by Colombia, Paraguay and Costa Rica in the group.
While history will favour Brazil to top the group, recent form shows that Colombia will provide the biggest challenge for first place in Group D. The Cafeteros have not lost a match since early 2022, and they won the most recent meeting between themselves and the Brazilians.
As for Paraguay and Costa Rica, little is expected of them but they have each proven capable of punching above their weight in recent tournaments.
