Manchester United need some reinforcements.

Dwight Yorke believes Manchester United need to do more work in the transfer market and he’s picked out three players that his previous club should sign.

United have struggled this season despite Erik ten Hag receiving significant backing and it looks like the Old Trafford club will need to spend more if they're to be amongst the game’s top honours.

Yorke, a significant member of United’s 1999 treble winning side, still keeps an eye on the club that saw him play the best football of his career.

Fully aware of what it takes to win silverware of the highest order, the former Trinidad and Tobago international has had his say on who United should sign to make their team stronger.

“If I were in charge of Man United and had to sign three players, then I'd pick Victor Osimhen, Leroy Sane, and Son Heung-Min,” said Yorke when speaking to Footy Accumulators

“I think Leroy Sane would give United plenty of options on the right and he'd complement [Marcus] Rashford well. Victor Osimhen would inject firepower and goals, and he'd complete my ideal front three.”
