Arsenal need a "proper striker" if they want to win a Premier League title, says Dwight Yorke.
The Gunners have finished in second place in each of the last two seasons, with Manchester City raising the trophy each of those years.
Treble winner Yorke believes Arsenal's fortunes won't change until they make a major change up front.
"Without a proper striker, Arsenal won’t win the Premier League," Yorke said when speaking to BoyleSports, who offer the latest Premier League Betting.
"Arsenal haven’t been able to finish above Manchester City in the last two years because they haven't got someone who can stick the ball in the net on a regular basis.
"If you look throughout the history of the Premier League, the teams who win the league have always got somebody who's scoring 20 plus goals.
"It's not rocket science for Mikel Arteta. They're supposed to be the experts and have all the data and the know-how and the breakdowns of all the teams that have won the Premier League.
"Goals are shared in and amongst the team, of course. But there's a significant part of the game that you need to master, which is to put the ball in the net on a regular basis and you need an individual who does that to win you the title."
